Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medication orders as prescribed by physicians
• Consult with customers and appropriately advise on the selection, dosage, and use of pharmaceuticals
• Follow established guidelines and procedures while administering medications
• Maintain and update records of medications dispensed
• Monitor and replenish inventory stocks of medications
• Answer questions and provide information to customers and colleagues
• Track patient records, prepare reports, and coordinate with other healthcare
