Job summary

Acino International AG is seeking a Production Operator to support daily tablet coating, granulation, and packaging activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will follow SOPs, perform routine checks, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

The role requires collaboration with technicians and supervisors, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma and pharma experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; pharmaceutical certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tablet coating, granulation, and packaging.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate granulation, coating, and packaging lines per SOPs and cGMP.
• Set up, run, clean and maintain production equipment.
• Record data and perform in-process quality checks.
• Calibrate balances and instruments as required.
• Assist with line clearance and batch documentation.
• Support audits and adherence to EHS policies.
