Job summary

ADNOC Group invites applications for a Supply & Logistics Specialist to secure petroleum product supply to all ADNOC Distribution Depots in the UAE. The role ensures continuous and uninterrupted product delivery, coordinating with Adnoc Marketing, Refined Products, and Abu Dhabi Refinery to meet company requirements.

The position requires 5 years in terminal operations, strong Arabic and English skills, a UAE driving license, and PC literacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in petroleum terminal operations and product supply.
• Good knowledge of Arabic and English languages.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• PC literacy.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes quantity requirements from Retail & Corporate Sales for annual and monthly planning.
• Prepares weekly 13-week product quantity programs for management review and approval.
• Monitors daily product stock positions at depots and coordinates with logistics.
• Requests product supply from Abu Dhabi Refinery (TAKREER) on a daily basis, including pipeline supply for Jet A1.
• Coordinates with ADNOC Marketing Refined Products Divisions and Abu Dhabi Refinery for product availability as per the 13-week plan.
• Reviews tank gauging reports and ensures accurate quantities against gauging and calculations.
• Certifies monthly contractor delivery statements and forwards for financial approval.
• Assesses yearly PDN/PTN requirements and submits for approval.
• Investigates and follows up on loaded pending PDN/PTN with Dispatch Office and informs the Dept. Manager.
• Checks monthly stock and movement statements for Mussafah, SAN Terminal and Zayed Depot and sends for approval.
• Prepares monthly comparisons between product requirements, receipts and off-take from depots.
• Prepares yearly capital budget in the area and forwards for incorporation into the dept budget.
• Performs related duties including leave schedules, annual appraisals, and visits to depots to facilitate supply and ensure procedural compliance.
