This role focuses on directing field technicians, coordinating site treatment schedules, monitoring service execution, and enforcing rigorous health and safety standards across client facilities.

The position involves overseeing daily pest management routines, ensuring proper chemical storage and handling, liaising with site management, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining accurate service documentation in compliance with municipality guidelines.

Core Competencies

• Supervise field technicians and coordinate daily pest management schedules across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, chemical application guidelines, and environmental health regulations.
• Perform quality control inspections on site treatments to ensure service delivery standards and client satisfaction.
• Manage operational records, chemical inventory logs, service reports, and site treatment documentation.
• Address client inquiries, resolve site operational issues, and provide technical guidance to field crews.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education & Credentials: Certification or Diploma in Pest Control, Environmental Health, or a related technical discipline; Dubai Municipality approval or license is highly desirable.
