Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a Pest Control Supervisor to lead field operations, supervise technicians, and ensure compliant service delivery for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Qualifications

2-3 years of pest control operations and IPM experience.
Valid UAE pest control/operator license.
Valid UAE driving license.
Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Training in chemical handling and safety (pesticide application).
First Aid and HSE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate pest control technicians and field staff.
Inspect client sites to identify infestations and determine treatment plans.
Ensure proper use of pesticides and equipment in compliance with regulations.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
Maintain service schedules, reports, and treatment documentation.
Monitor inventory of chemicals, tools, and safety equipment.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Enforce workplace health and safety standards.
