As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness programs and providing one‑on‑one training sessions to clients from diverse backgrounds and fitness levels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for fitness and dedication to helping others achieve their health goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels and develop customized workout plans based on their goals.
• Provide one-on-one training sessions that incorporate a variety of exercises such as strength training, cardio, and flexibility workouts.
• Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans.
