Job summary

Jing Hau is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer in Abu Dhabi to join our fitness center. You will create personalized workout plans, assess clients, and motivate them to achieve their goals. This is a full-time, on-site role offering ongoing training and commission on sessions.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing plans, demonstrating techniques, and monitoring progress while maintaining a clean, safe facility. English fluency is essential; Malayalam is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Passion for health and fitness with the ability to inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition principles.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine client fitness level and goals.
• Design customized workout plans tailored to each client.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle.
• Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as needed.
• Provide motivation, support and accountability throughout the training journey.
• Maintain a clean, safe workout environment at all times.
