Job summary

SmartAgro in Ajman is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to design and deliver personalized fitness plans. You will conduct one-on-one, group, and virtual sessions to help clients reach their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in personal training preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate in Hindi or other Indian languages.
• Knowledge of exercises, equipment, and nutrition principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate clients.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Personal Trainer (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Ajman. As an Indian national, you will be able to easily connect with our predominantly Indian clientele and provide personalized fitness plans and training sessions. This is a full-time position that does not require any English language proficiency or prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Design customized fitness plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals
• Conduct one-on-one training sessions, group classes, and virtual training sessions
• Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout routines
• Provide guidance on proper form and technique to prevent injuries
• Educate clients on the importance of nutrition in achieving their fitness goals
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment

Requirements

• Must be an Indian national with a passion for health and fitness
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in personal training is preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi or other Indian languages
• Knowledge of different types of exercises, equipment, and nutrition principles
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
