Job summary

NextWave Publications is seeking a dedicated Fitness Trainer for our Sharjah, UAE team. The role involves designing personalized fitness programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels, with a focus on safety and results.

You will conduct assessments, create tailored plans, and guide clients on nutrition and healthy habits while maintaining motivation and progress tracking. This part-time position offers accommodation and room to grow into a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor.
• Certification in personal training (ACE/NASM/ACSM).
• Excellent communication skills with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of nutrition, anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels and goals.
• Design personalized workout plans based on clients' needs and goals.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Motivate and encourage clients to reach their goals through positive reinforcement.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust workout plans as needed.
• Ensure client safety by maintaining clean equipment and enforcing proper form during exercises.
