Job summary
Executive Connect Qatar is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach to join our Abu-Dhabi team. You will design personalized fitness plans, conduct one-on-one sessions, and lead group classes, helping clients achieve health goals and sustainable wellbeing.
The ideal candidate holds a certified trainer credential (ACE/NASM/ACSM or equivalent), with at least two years of experience, strong anatomy and nutrition knowledge, and excellent English communication. Arabic is a plus.
Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach with ACE/NASM/ACSM or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in personal training or group fitness.
- Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, exercise science and nutrition.
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' fitness levels and goals.
- Develop personalized training programs based on assessments.
- Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Motivate and support clients to reach fitness goals.
- Lead group classes such as yoga, Pilates, or HIIT.
- Educate on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
- Stay updated with current fitness trends.
