Job summary

PPOAR is seeking a highly motivated Personal Trainer in Abu Dhabi to design tailored fitness programs and coach clients of all levels. You will lead one-on-one sessions, monitor progress, and educate on nutrition to help clients reach goals.

The role requires certification, at least 2 years of experience, strong English communication, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Accommodation is provided and the contract lasts 1 year.

Qualifications

Personal Trainer - Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Personal Trainer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness programs and providing one-on-one coaching to clients of all fitness levels. Our ideal candidate is passionate about health and fitness, has excellent communication skills, and is able to motivate and inspire others to reach their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized fitness programs for clients based on their goals, abilities, and any medical conditions.
• Conduct one-on-one training sessions with clients.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust their program as needed.
• Provide guidance on proper form and technique during exercises.
• Educate clients on the importance of nutrition as it relates to their fitness goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research to incorporate into training programs.

Requirements

• Certification in personal training from a recognized institution.

Salary
