This is a full‑time, on‑site Personal Trainer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Personal Trainer will design and deliver safe, effective, and personalised fitness programmes for members, including one‑on‑one sessions and small group training. Daily responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, monitoring member progress, and providing ongoing motivation and support. The role also involves advising members on basic nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits, maintaining a clean and organised training area, and collaborating with club staff to promote classes, programmes, and member engagement. The Personal Trainer is expected to uphold Fitness First standards of professionalism, customer service, and safety at all times.
Strong expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to design tailored workout plans and coach diverse member profiles. Practical skills in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to deliver varied and engaging training sessions and small group workouts. Knowledge of Nutrition principles to provide general guidance on healthy eating and lifestyle behaviours that support fitness goals. Recognised certification in personal training or fitness instruction (e.g., REPs, ACE, NASM, or equivalent) and up‑to‑date CPR/First Aid certification. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑focused approach and the ability to motivate and inspire members. Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, with strong time management and organisational skills. Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor in a gym or health club setting; experience in the Middle East is an advantage. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
