Personal Trainer

A well-established fitness center in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans for clients, providing instruction on proper exercise techniques, and monitoring their progress to ensure they reach their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and evaluations to determine clients' current fitness level
• Develop personalized workout plans based on clients' goals, physical abilities, and medical history
• Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to clients
• Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals
• Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
• Provide advice on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
• Ensure the safety of clients by demonstrating proper use of equipment and maintaining a clean workout environment
• Keep track of client appointments and maintain accurate records of client progress

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer with a valid certification from a recognized organization
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and exercise science
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and encourage clients
• Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients at once
• Passion for health and fitness with a strong dedication to helping others achieve their goals

Preferred
