About the role
Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Experience
- Deliver a personalized, premium shopping experience to every client
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑value customers
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Upsell and cross‑sell luxury items while maintaining brand integrity
- Product Knowledge & Authentication
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury brands (e.g., Hermès, Chanel, Rolex, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, etc.)
- Accurately explain product condition, grading, and provenance
- Support authentication and quality checks of pre‑owned items (training provided if needed)
- Inventory & Store Operations
- Assist with receiving, tagging, pricing, and merchandising pre‑owned luxury items
- Ensure products are displayed according to luxury retail standards
- Support inventory counts, stock organization, and loss prevention
- Customer Trust & Transparency
- Clearly communicate return policies, warranties, and resale conditions
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and discretely
- Maintain confidentiality and trust with clients and consignors
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, resale, or premium customer service
- Strong passion for luxury fashion, watches, and accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a client‑centric mindset
- High attention to detail and product presentation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with pre‑owned or resale luxury markets
- Knowledge of authentication standards
- CRM or POS system experience
- Multilingual (Arabic, English, French is a plus)
