Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking a Private German Language Tutor for one of our clients in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai to provide personalized one-on-one instruction. You will develop customized lesson plans tailored to the student’s learning needs and proficiency level, focusing on strengthening speaking, listening, reading and writing in German with an engaging, structured learning experience.

Qualifications

Fluency in German and English; Russian-speaking is an added advantage.
Proven experience as a language tutor or teacher, preferably in a private tutoring setting.
Strong understanding of language teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.

Responsibilities

Assess the language proficiency of student and tailor lessons accordingly to meet learning objectives.
Design and implement engaging lesson plans that focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
Provide one-on-one instruction tailored to the needs of the student.
Encourage and support student to practice speaking and listening skills through interactive activities.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to assist with their language development.
Utilize various teaching resources and materials to enhance the learning experience.
Provide homework and practice exercises to reinforce learning outside of lessons.
