Responsibilities

• Meet the KPI defined by Management on Asset file processing.
• Ensure all applications are error-free and compliant with policy.
• Communicate with the frontline regarding policy violations.
• Re-submit rejected cases accurately addressing rejection reasons.
• Maintain defined MIS as per business requirements.
• Identify and close process gaps for customer experience enhancement.
• Adhere to ADIB policies and procedures.
• Attend assigned training for self-development.
