About the Role

We are seeking a highly perceptive, discreet, and proactive individual with the ability to anticipate the Managing Director's needs. The ideal candidate is well-rounded, adaptable, and capable of quickly understanding the MD's preferences, priorities, and working style. You will manage both business-related and limited personal matters, operating in a 360-degree capacity with a high level of responsiveness. Flexibility to travel at short notice will also be required as you grow into the role.

Success in this position requires strong judgment, excellent intuition, and the ability to solve problems efficiently and accurately. You must be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, working under pressure, and handling diverse tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.

Essential Responsibilities

This is a comprehensive executive-level support role, providing seamless assistance to the Managing Director across all aspects of his professional agenda. The role is dynamic and demanding, requiring exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple time zones.

Travel Management
  • Plan and arrange complex, bespoke travel itineraries and prepare all travel-related documentation.
  • Research, evaluate, and negotiate offers from travel providers—including airlines, hotels, ground transportation, and related services—to secure optimal arrangements.
  • Manage urgent or last-minute changes to travel schedules and documentation with efficiency and accuracy.
Executive Management
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, briefing materials, and professional correspondence.
  • Ensure timely reminders for key deadlines, corporate obligations, and internal deliverables.
  • Attend business meetings to record minutes and manage scheduling for meetings, conference calls, events, and executive engagements.
  • Liaise professionally with internal departments, external advisors, legal and compliance teams, and other stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or investment analysis (junior-level welcome).
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with banking processes, KYC, and compliance in multiple jurisdictions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
