Job Description:

We are seeking a highly professional and organized Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality. This role requires someone who is proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently, including remotely when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information, including financial documents, with utmost discretion.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments.
  • Assist in business and personal matters as required by the CEO.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage and organize digital files, documentation, and communication channels.
  • Support in planning meetings, events, and follow-ups.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
