Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliates, and other paid media platforms
- Optimize account structure, targeting, bidding, creatives, pacing, and feed management
- Conduct detailed campaign and brand‑level analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure accuracy in budget allocation, tracking, and quality control
- Collaborate with brand marketing teams to plan awareness and performance media strategies
- Review and validate media plans to ensure alignment with revenue and ROAS targets
- Lead strategy for new market launches and brand expansions
- Coordinate with agencies, internal stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams on key initiatives
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Maintain cost trackers, KPI sheets, and financial alignment tools
- Standardize campaign execution processes, naming conventions, tracking parameters, and reporting workflows
- Improve operational efficiency through best‑practice documentation and workflow refinement
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the retail sector
- Proven success in designing and executing performance‑driven digital strategies
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a data‑led decision‑making mindset
- Ability to balance hands‑on execution with long‑term strategic planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
