Job summary

Platinumlist, a Dubai-based leader in online event guide and ticketing, seeks a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google. You will manage budgets, run A/B tests, and collaborate with CRM and content teams to drive profitable ticket sales.

You will leverage GA4, Looker Studio, and AI tools daily, ensuring data integrity and clear reporting. Fluent Arabic and professional English are required; GCC-hour availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven track record of hitting ROAS or CPA targets with live budgets.
• Strong GA4 knowledge and conversion tracking setup.
• Proficient in spreadsheets with pivot tables and lookups.
• Analytical mindset with ability to distinguish signal from noise.
• Active use of AI tools in daily work and ability to justify usage.
• Fluent Arabic (reading & writing) and professional English.
• Reliable home setup and GCC-hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Manage monthly budgets across events, markets, and product categories.
• Run structured A/B tests on audiences, placements, bidding, and creative.
• Maintain keyword research and Arabic/English ad copy.
• Build and maintain audience segments (custom audiences, lookalikes, remarketing).
• Own channel ROAS, CPA and conversion targets; flag risks early.
• Monitor pacing and fix underdelivery/overspend and fatigue.
• Collaborate with CRM/product teams to optimise funnel from impression to checkout.
• Maintain conversion tracking and GA4 event configuration.
• Produce weekly performance reports with clear commentary and next steps.
• Create dashboards in Looker Studio for visibility.
• Deliver post-campaign analyses with actionable learnings.
• Ensure data integrity and source-truth in all reports.
• Leverage AI for copy, research, analysis and automation; validate results.
