What You Bring to the Table
  • 2 to 5 years in HR, with 1–2 years leading teams in hospitality or luxury and passion for crafting moments that turn colleagues into a tight-knit community.
  • A proven ability to attract and retain top talent in fast-paced environments with a flair for innovation, whether in wellness, engagement, or career development.
  • Experience in crafting onboarding journeys that inspire and excite with the ability to anticipate needs and create solutions before they’re needed.
  • A talent for employee relations that build trust, loyalty, and high performance with the love for storytelling using culture to create a narrative that resonates.
