Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group in Dubai seeks a pediatric clinician with hands-on experience in inpatient IP care and ED services to manage acute pediatric cases under the supervision of a Consultant Specialist.

The role requires delivering high standards of patient safety, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate medical records while supporting continuous improvement and adherence to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Pediatric clinical skills
• Inpatient and ED care familiarity
• Clinical documentation and patient safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical assessment diagnosis and treatment for pediatric patients
• Manage pediatric inpatient cases including daily ward rounds treatment planning and patient follow-ups
• Assess and manage pediatric patients presenting to the Emergency Department
• Identify and respond appropriately to pediatric medical emergencies escalating cases when required
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and medical records
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding diagnosis treatment plans and patient progress
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies clinical protocols and patient safety standards
• Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh s Person-Centered care values
• Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the scope of the role
• Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work
• Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats
• Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care s code of conduct policies and ethical standards
• Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration
