Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience managing pediatric services in tertiary or academic healthcare settings.

• Familiarity with GCC healthcare systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Pediatric Department to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Oversee clinical operations, service development, and departmental performance.

• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
