Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Specialist/Consultant Pediatrician with an American Board in Pediatrics to join our UAE healthcare team. The role involves providing comprehensive pediatric care for infants to adolescents, with duties spanning diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up in a modern clinical environment.

The ideal candidate holds a medical degree, American Board Certification in Pediatrics, and is eligible for UAE licensing (DHA/DOH/MOHAP).

Qualifications

Medical degree from a recognised institution.
American Board Certification in Pediatrics.
Relevant clinical experience after board certification.
Eligible for UAE medical licensing (DHA/DOH/MOHAP).
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred pediatric care.

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of pediatric conditions.
Provide routine and preventive pediatric care, including developmental assessments and vaccinations.
Manage acute and chronic pediatric illnesses.
Develop appropriate treatment plans and provide follow-up care.
Communicate effectively with children and their parents or caregivers.
Work closely with other specialists and multidisciplinary teams when required.
Maintain accurate medical records and follow patient-safety and clinical-governance standards.
