Job summary

Qualifications

• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter is required
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, or related developmental delays is preferred
• Certification or formal training in Sensory Integration Therapy is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assess, analyze, and plan therapy management for infants, children, and adolescents with neurodevelopmental and sensory processing disorders
• Design and implement sensory integration therapy programs to support behavior regulation and daily functioning
• Help children achieve developmental milestones such as fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams (physiotherapists, speech therapists, psychologists, educators)
• Educate parents and caregivers on home programs and behavioral strategies
• Track progress, maintain clinical documentation, and update treatment goals regularly
• Use play-based, child-friendly approaches to enhance engagement
• Participate in case discussions and therapy planning meetings
