- Payroll Management: Process and oversee end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with local labor laws (e.g, attendance and time tracking), tax requirements, and social security regulations to ensure payroll is compliant with all legal requirements.
- Data Accuracy and Reporting: Review, audit, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy. Generate and analyze payroll reports for internal stakeholders and external audits.
- Tax and Benefits Administration: Oversee the calculation and remittance of taxes, benefits, and other deductions in accordance with local country requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align payroll processes with company policies and ensure accurate employee data management.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external payroll providers and ensure service level agreements are met.
