Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience in a Contact Centre or healthcare environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the patient appointment scheduling and registration process.
  • Manage the medical insurance process and related tasks.
  • Manage the billing and cash up process.
  • Meet customer service expectations by improving patient service quality.

Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications

Education

Completed secondary school education (Grade 12)
