This is not an entry-level position — we are looking for someone who understands how a clinic operates and can maintain both professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Symmetry is an international network of premium rehabilitation and wellness clinics specializing in physiotherapy, biomechanical therapy, and personalized recovery programs. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and visitors professionally, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
  • Manage appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups in the clinic’s system.
  • Register new patients and ensure accuracy of medical and administrative data.
  • Communicate with patients regarding services, procedures, and payment details.
  • Process insurance claims and billing in coordination with the finance team.
  • Support the clinic manager in daily operations and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (DHA / GDPR).
Additional Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a medical clinic or healthcare facility (mandatory).
  • Knowledge: Understanding of insurance workflows and DHA documentation.
  • Skills: Proficiency with CRM/EMR systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
