A healthcare company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Patient Administrator to improve the quality of patient care. Key responsibilities include managing patient scheduling, medical insurance processes, billing, and ensuring customer service excellence. The ideal candidate should have completed secondary education and have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare. Tertiary diploma or bachelor’s degree in relevant fields is desired.
To improve the overall quality of patient care by efficiently performing all aspects of the patient administrator role
Essential : Completed secondary school education (Grade 12)
Desired : Tertiary Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferably within the fields of medical science, finance / accounting
Essential : 2-3 Years’ experience in a customer services role, preferably in the healthcare industry
Desired : Experience in a Contact Centre or Healthcare environment
