Job summary

Work corp in Al Shamkhah City UAE is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our kitchen. You will develop new recipes, design cakes, and produce high-quality desserts for our guests.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a high-volume bakery, strong baking knowledge, excellent organization and communication. The role offers 1,600 AED per month plus medical insurance and paid vacation; foreigners welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a pastry chef in a high-volume kitchen or bakery.
• Knowledge of baking principles, techniques, equipment, ingredients, production methods, quality control principles, health regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative recipes that meet our high standards of quality
• Create unique and creative cake designs
• Ensure all products are produced in a timely manner
• Monitor product levels in order to keep up with customer demand
• Train and manage kitchen staff in order to ensure quality control is maintained
• Keep up with industry trends by attending regular classes or seminars
• Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment
• Respond quickly to customer requests or complaints
