Job summary

Reef Al Fujairah City is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting delicious desserts and a strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients.

The role demands independence as well as teamwork, with excellent organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Pastry Chef will create, produce and present high-quality desserts, maintain all sanitation standards, and ensure proper storage

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry and dessert production.
• Ability to follow recipes and create unique desserts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sanitation and proper food storage practices.

Responsibilities

• Create, produce and present high-quality desserts meeting restaurant standards.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and proper labeling/rotation of ingredients to ensure freshness.
