United Diesel, part of Al Rostamani Group in the UAE, seeks a Parts & Service Sales Specialist (PSSR) to manage a fleet customer base and drive spare parts and service sales. You will strengthen relationships and ensure high service levels within the assigned territory.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years UAE experience in spare parts for commercial vehicles, with CRM and parts catalog proficiency; English is essential, Arabic/Hindi a plus. This role is on-site in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in UAE selling spare parts.
• Experience in commercial vehicle spare parts is a must.
• Proficiency with parts catalogues and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Handle parts and service sales to fleet customers.

Job Purpose

The PSSR position is responsible for the coverage, development and retention of a specific group of customers within a specifically assigned sales territory in order to maximize customer satisfaction and selling spare parts & service.

Job Responsibilities

• Handles Parts and service sales to fleet customers
• Take ownership of customer parts & service issues and follow-up through closure of issues
• Visit Customer jobsite shop or maintenance facilities to observe and develop an awareness of the potential parts or service needs and record information into computer database (CRM)
• Become familiar with Customer machines & applications
• Respond to all Customer request courteously and professionally in a timely and responsive manner
• Maintains a prospecting system to ensure additional business and contribute to the achievement of sales targets
• Raise invoices / sales slips / obtain credit authorization to ensure timely closure of the sales deal
• Advise management of loss sales / parts non-availability for management to take appropriate action
• Handle return spare parts as per policy
• Generate orders and upload on OEM portals based on parts movement to ensure parts availability required to maintain maximum service level
• Analyze the exception reports on critical stocks, lost sales, excess stocks etc. and take corrective action where necessary to improve parts availability and minimize stock obsolescence
• Create article master data as and when required to ensure correct data on the system
• Track shipments and coordinate with logistics for parts consignment to ensure stocks are received on time
• Ensure the documentation / payment is in line as required by the principals to avoid delays in shipment
• Ensures regulatory requirements are in line for the warehouse facility
• Comply with the company QMS requirements.

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Min. Diploma
• Bachelor degree would be preferable

Experience

• Min 5 years in the UAE of selling Spare Parts
• Commercial vehicle spare parts experience is must

Knowledge & Skills

Product Knowledge

knowledge of Parts items buses and trucks. Proficient in operating parts catalogue (electronic/manual)

Sales and Marketing:

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Market Knowledge

Knowledge of target customer, industry, territory, etc.

Language

Proficient in English language (Verbal and written), Arabic and Hindi would be an added advantage
