Job description

We’re hiring Partner Enablement Specialists to support the onboarding, activation and ongoing retention and operational performance of partners using toodle across hospitality and F&B, with expansion into retail, leisure and event environments over time.

This is an operational, execution-focused role suited to graduates who enjoy structure, accuracy and working with clear processes. You will take ownership once a deal is closed, ensuring each outlet or venue is correctly configured, activated and set up for long-term, stable operation on the platform.

You will manage structured onboarding workflows, review partner submissions, coordinate catalogue and configuration builds, prepare launch plans, support testing and early operations, and obtain formal readiness sign‑off prior to launch. Beyond go‑live, you will monitor early usage, validate correct setup, drive partner self‑sufficiency, and prevent avoidable issues through clean enablement and documentation.

Success is measured by operational accuracy, workflow adherence, documentation quality, and the long‑term stability and retention of partners once live. You will work closely with Sales & Business Development during handovers and lift technical issues through defined processes, focusing on prevention rather than reactive support.

Compensation: the early phase typically builds toward around AED 5,000 per month (fixed pay plus a performance‑based input incentive linked to operational discipline and enablement quality, and not guaranteed). As your retained, stable portfolio grows, additional incentives apply, and strong performers progress beyond the starting level, reaching AED 7,500+ per month within 18–24 months, with further upside as responsibility and portfolio size increase.

If you enjoy structured work, operational ownership and enabling partners to succeed with minimal ongoing intervention, this role offers a strong foundation in operations within a growing global technology company.
