Mind Base Education is hiring a Part-time Biology, Chemistry, Physics Teacher (Higher Level) to tutor students in Khalifa City-A, Abu Dhabi. The role combines in-center sessions with online tutoring, and focuses on supporting academic growth, study skills, and personal development.

The ideal candidate will mentor learners, collaborate with center staff, and provide clear progress feedback to parents while maintaining engaging lessons and a positive classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Academic Support: Provide individualized and small group tutoring in biology, chemistry, and physics to boost understanding and performance.
• Homework Assistance: Help students with assignments while fostering good study habits and time management.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess progress and share findings with the Center Manager and parents as needed.
• Assessment Reports: Create concise reports after sessions highlighting performance, improvements and feedback for guardians.
• Mentorship: Serve as a positive mentor to build student confidence and resilience.
• Collaboration: Align tutoring with center objectives by working with the Center Manager and staff.
• Parent Communication: Discuss progress with parents and address concerns.
• Professional Development: Attend training sessions to improve tutoring skills and stay aligned with best practices in education.
• Engagement: Deliver engaging, in-person and online tutoring sessions in a positive learning environment.
