Job summary

Work in USA is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate for our Dibba-El-Fujairah store in the UAE. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and help drive sales to meet targets.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions at the POS, handling inquiries and returns, keeping the store clean and organized, and collaborating with the team to achieve goals. Onsite accommodation may be provided.

Qualifications

• Pakistani nationality preferred but not required.
• Urdu or Hindi fluency with basic English.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Promote current promotions and sales events.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
