Job summary

ConFlip in Fujairah, UAE is seeking a Public Relations Coordinator to join our team as a part-time PR professional. You will manage media relations, plan events, and craft communications strategies to maintain a positive brand image and timely coverage.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in PR/Communications, is fluent in English, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality written and verbal communication. Experience in event planning is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in event planning preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR strategies to increase brand awareness and maintain a positive image.
• Build relationships with media outlets and coordinate press releases and media coverage.
• Plan and execute events and press conferences to promote the company's message.
• Create content for press releases, social media, website, and other channels.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communications if necessary.
