JobCenter in El-Fujairah, UAE is seeking a qualified Legal Adviser for a part-time position with visa sponsorship. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and of Pakistani nationality, ready to support clients with strong legal knowledge and professional communication.

You will analyze and draft legal documents, provide advice, monitor legislation, and liaise with external lawyers to ensure compliance and governance standards are met.

Formación

• Requires fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and advise clients.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts or legal documents.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal advice and support to clients with a focus on compliance and governance.
• Analyze contracts, agreements, regulations and other legal documents.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and related documents.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and keep up to date with the law.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and liaise with external lawyers as needed.
• Advise on governance issues, board responsibilities, and regulatory compliance.
