Key Responsibilities

1. Support with advice and strategic consultancy on matters such as contract law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and more within the UAE legal framework.
2. Guide clients in navigating legal frameworks and industry regulations within Dubai and the UAE.
3. Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends, ensuring UAE-based clients receive informed and relevant consultancy.
4. Collaborate with in-house legal teams, executives, and other stakeholders to provide tailored legal solutions for UAE-based clients.
5. Assist clients in understanding their legal rights and obligations under UAE law, providing strategic advice to help them achieve their objectives.

Qualification Needed

Education and Experience:

Juris Doctor (JD), Bachelor of Laws (LLB), or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal practice, preferably in corporate law, commercial law, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance in Dubai and the UAE.

Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to conduct thorough legal research and provide well-founded legal opinions.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and legal teams.
