Qualifications

• Experience as a Gardener is preferred.
• Knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques.
• Ability to operate gardening equipment safely and effectively.
• Physical fitness to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and digging.
• Strong communication skills to work with clients effectively.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings when needed.

Responsibilities

• Plant, weed, fertilize, and prune as part of general gardening duties.
• Maintain lawns, shrubs, flowers and other plants.
• Operate and maintain gardening equipment.
• Ensure gardens are well-watered and pest-free.
• Assist in design and planning of new gardens for clients.
• Keep track of inventory and purchase supplies when needed.
• Communicate with clients to understand gardening needs and preferences.
