Job summary

JobCenter in Dubai is seeking a Part-Time English Teacher to join our team, delivering engaging lessons to students from India studying in Dubai. You will plan, deliver, and assess ESL lessons while maintaining accurate records.

Candidates should be native English speakers with a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, at least two years of ESL experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Indian-student experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native English speaker with a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language to non-native speakers.
• Experience working with Indian students preferred.
• Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational trends.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that follow the curriculum.
• Create lesson plans and instructional materials to meet the varying needs of students.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback on their language skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and materials.
• Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
