Job summary

SmartConnect Qatar in El-Ain, Kenya is seeking a compassionate part-time caregiver to provide daily support for an elderly individual in the family's home. The schedule is 3 days per week with flexible hours.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and health monitoring, report changes to family, and provide companionship. Accommodation is provided; salary is 1600 USD per month, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedule.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities with the elderly individual.
• Keep track of appointments and help with scheduling as needed.
• Monitor health conditions and report any changes to family or healthcare provider.
