Qualifications

• Valid crane operator certification or license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating cranes in a construction setting.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to crane operations.
• Ability to read construction plans and blueprints.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination for operating controls.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate different types of cranes (mobile, tower, overhead) according to job requirements.
• Read and interpret construction plans to determine proper crane positioning.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on crane equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with ground crew to ensure safe and efficient movement of materials.
