Job summary

VertexGlobal in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a caring Babysitter to look after our children aged 2 and 5. You will ensure their safety and well-being while providing a nurturing and stimulating environment.

This part-time role offers flexible hours with the possibility of future full-time opportunities. Duties include meals, hygiene, activities, homework support, and regular communication with us.

Qualifications

• Previous babysitting or childcare experience is required.
• CPR and first aid knowledge is preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication with parents and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and loving care for our children ages 2 and 5.
• Create a safe and stimulating environment for learning and play.
• Prepare meals and snacks for the children.
• Help with diaper changes, potty training, and basic hygiene.
• Engage in reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities.
• Supervise homework and assist with school tasks.
• Monitor screen time and enforce routines for naps and meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas.
• Communicate regularly with parents about issues.
