Job summary

Wadan Developments LLC in Dubai is seeking a creative and technically skilled 3D Visualizer to produce high-quality architectural visualizations, renderings, animations, and presentation materials to support concept design, design development, marketing, and stakeholder presentations. Proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper for parametric modelling, façade studies, and design optimization is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in architecture or related field.
4–8 years of experience in developer or architectural consultancy.
Proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality renderings, animations, and presentation materials.
Ensure visuals align with project design intent and stakeholder expectations.
Develop design studies, façade options, and parametric solutions using Rhino and Grasshopper.
Coordinate with architects and design teams for accurate and updated 3D models.
Incorporate design changes and feedback in a timely manner.
Meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Maintain efficiency in model development, rendering, and presentation production.
