Job summary

India Abroad in Abu-Dhabi UAE is seeking a Painter to join our team. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying primer and paint, and ensuring a quality finish on interior and exterior walls.

Experience is preferred but we welcome newcomers. The position offers growth opportunities, on-the-job training, and a friendly work environment with a competitive monthly salary of 1000 AED. You will work under supervision and must follow safety procedures when handling paints and chemicals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to climb ladders or scaffolds as needed.
• Knowledge about safety precautions when working with paints and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
• Mix paint and other materials to obtain desired colors and textures
• Apply primer and finish coats of paint on interior/exterior walls and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, spray gun or any other painting tools
• Repair cracks or holes in surfaces using appropriate material such as plaster etc.
• Clean up all painting equipment and store it properly after use
