We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance metrics to drive conversions and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to maximize campaign targeting and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad copy, visuals, and landing pages aligned with campaign goals.
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient media spend.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve results.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media advertising.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in paid media or digital advertising.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, GA4, or similar reporting tools.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution models.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
