Job summary

Dubai-based packing operation is seeking a Packing Helper to assist with packing, sorting, labeling, and preparing products for storage or dispatch. This role requires physical stamina, basic English, and willingness to work shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities include packing, checking, labeling, organizing, and assisting with loading/unloading, while maintaining clean work areas and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience in packing, warehouse, factory, or production work is advantageous.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift and move packages.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good teamwork and ability to follow instructions.
• Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
• Good attention to detail when checking products and quantities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends or holidays when required.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Pack products, materials, and goods according to instructions.
• Check items before packing for damage or discrepancies.
• Select packaging supplies and wrap, seal, and label items.
• Sort products by type, quantity, size, or destination.
• Prepare packed goods for storage, delivery, or shipment.
• Move packed cartons to designated areas and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Keep packing stations clean and organized.
• Report damaged products, missing items, or packaging issues to supervisor.
• Maintain basic packing records when required.
• Follow workplace safety and material-handling procedures.
