Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of post-qualification therapy experience (outpatient or private practice preferred).
• Experience treating common mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and trauma.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and intake sessions to understand clients' needs.
• Deliver individual therapy, couples therapy, and/or family counseling using evidence-based modalities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families to enhance understanding of mental health.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians to ensure holistic care.
• Track client progress, document sessions, and maintain strict confidentiality.
