Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in the UAE seeks an experienced nursing supervisor for its Outpatient Department. The role involves coordinating daily clinic operations, ensuring patient-centered care, and managing nursing staff. Candidates should have a degree in Nursing, a strong background in leadership, and at least ten years of nursing experience, five of which are in a managerial role. Fluency in English is mandatory, and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, or Australia.
• UAE nationals exempt from experience and clinical training requirements for applied title.
• Six months of clinical training required for non-UAE national graduates from UAE universities.
• Valid License/Registration to practice in home country.
• Minimum of valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily patient care and clinic operations in Outpatient areas.
• Monitor staffing and make changes as required for adequate coverage.
• Ensure delivery of patient-centered care.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Develop and implement hospital policies.

Skills

Leadership and management skills

Fluency in English

Ability to speak and write in Arabic

Knowledge of Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCI)

Education

Degree in Nursing

Master's Degree preferred
