Job summary

Kings College Hospital Dubai is seeking a skilled Outpatient Nurse to join our busy clinic. You will record patient histories, assist physicians, and support dental procedures while ensuring high standards of hygiene and infection control.

In this role you will manage radiographs, provide patient education, coordinate with the team, and assist with insurance approvals. DHA license and nursing degree are required, with at least two years hospital experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• DHA license (UAE)
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Minimum 2 years hospital or similar setting
• Proficient in MS Office and digital documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication with multidisciplinary teams
• Flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs continuously.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms, dental chairs, and equipment.
• Sterilize instruments per cross-infection control protocols.
• Provide basic life support and assist in emergencies.
• Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring proper positioning and protection.
• Take dental radiographs and manage patient files.
• Provide oral health education as prescribed by the dentist.
• Facilitate medical insurance approvals and communicate status.
• Ensure clear communication with patients and families.
• Restock and account for dental supplies.
• Record accurate dental charts and filing.
